Issue:

Our client needed to test and optimise a number of different pack designs to understand performance of each, with UK male and female product users.

What we did:

With such a tight timeline, rapid qual research was the ideal solution for this issue. As well as verbatim feedback on the packaging, a ‘mark up’ tool enabled participants to give granular feedback on the packaging visuals. From commission to reporting the entire process took five days.

Key insight:

The project provided recommended pack design for both the male and female ranges.

Impact:

Not only was the client able to make a quick decision on the new packaging for the product being tested, the project also provided understanding of how to optimise other packs.
